Discretion Policy

A commitment as binding as the title itself

"We will never confirm, deny, or discuss the identity of any client — past, present, or prospective — with any party not directly engaged in that client's investiture process. This obligation is without exception and without expiry."

For the families we serve, discretion is not a courtesy — it is an absolute requirement. The acquisition of a hereditary noble title and sovereign citizenship is a deeply personal matter, touching on family legacy, wealth, and international standing. LegionHeritage was founded with the understanding that our value rests as much on silence as on service.

Scope of Our Discretion Obligation

Our discretion obligation applies to all personnel, advisors, and contractors engaged by LegionHeritage, and covers the following without limitation:

No Client Lists. No Testimonials.

LegionHeritage does not maintain publicly accessible client lists. We do not publish testimonials that could identify a client, and we do not seek permission to do so. Any reference to our work in the public domain — in press, in promotional materials, or in communications — is approved in writing by the relevant client before publication and may be withdrawn at any time.

Internal Information Security

Client information is accessible only to personnel directly involved in that client's engagement. Files are stored on encrypted systems, and physical documents are handled under strict protocols. Upon conclusion of an engagement, documents are retained only as required by law and are otherwise securely destroyed.

Third-Party Obligations

All third parties engaged in a client's process — including legal counsel, heraldic designers, and sovereign partner representatives — are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations as a condition of their engagement. We accept responsibility for ensuring these obligations are understood and upheld.

Communications

We recommend that all initial enquiries and sensitive correspondence be sent to enquiries@legionheritage.com. For clients requiring enhanced communication security, alternative encrypted channels can be arranged upon request during consultation.

Breaches

In the unlikely event of any unauthorised disclosure of client information, we will notify the affected client promptly and take all available steps to contain and remedy the breach. LegionHeritage accepts accountability for such events and will cooperate fully with any remediation the client requires.
